These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by RoadLense (David Gacov, 6204 Sempach, Switzerland), including all bookings, inquiries, quotations, photo shoots, image deliveries, and commercial agreements — unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings become binding when the client confirms the date in writing (via email, message or contact form). RoadLense reserves the right to decline bookings. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
RoadLense may reschedule for illness, technical issues, unsafe weather or circumstances beyond control. No compensation is available in such cases.
Unsuitable weather allows rescheduling without cost. If the client insists on shooting despite poor conditions, they accept responsibility for potentially reduced image quality.
Clients must ensure that vehicles are clean, locations are accessible, permissions have been obtained, punctuality is maintained, vehicles are in safe condition, and any risks are communicated. RoadLense cannot be held liable for accidents involving client vehicles during rolling shots or positioning.
All images remain the intellectual property of RoadLense. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use, including social media posting, private sharing and personal printing.
Commercial use (brands, garages, dealerships, newspapers, advertisements) requires a separate commercial licence, individually priced.
Clients may not: sell images, claim authorship, distribute commercially, remove watermarks, edit/filter, or modify colours or crop heavily without permission.
RoadLense may use photos for portfolio, website, social media and marketing purposes — unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the shoot.
RoadLense is not liable for vehicle damages during shoots, data loss via third-party services, delays from technical issues, unsafe weather or client unpreparedness. RoadLense ensures best possible safety practices, but motorsport and rolling shots carry inherent risks.
RoadLense may use external tools (WordPress, download services, cloud hosting). RoadLense is not responsible for outages or errors of third-party platforms.
Private information, locations, unpublished vehicles and confidential projects will not be shared without explicit consent.
RoadLense may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published at the time of booking applies.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Lucerne, Switzerland, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
